    NOC Staff / Supervisor (Jakarta, Palembang, Bali, Medan, Surabaya, Batam, Semarang)

    Job Requirements:  
    • Degree from Telecommunication Engineering.
    • Required skill for NOC Staff (Knowledge in Cisco, Unix/Linux,Hosting channel).
    • Professional certifications in CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL preferred.
    • 2- 3 years experience in a shift lead/supervisor or similar role ina NOC preferable.
    • Understanding of TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Domains, DNS, DHCP and Subnets.
    • Highly motivated, self starter with a positive attitude.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Proven ability to train technicians to troubleshoot complex systems.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain composed and professional in stressful, high pressure situations.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a productive and cooperative way with a variety of customers.
    • Able to work shift.
    • Willing to be placed: Jakarta, Palembang, Bali, Medan, Surabaya, Batam & Semarang.
