This role is accountable for safe and reliable of fabric maintenance activities in Liquefied Natural Gas plant, Gas Production Facility (GPF) and supporting equipments. The incumbent is expected to maximize uptime and reduce business losses associated with LNG plant, GPF and supporting equipment to achieve optimum availability and integrity through field maintenance execution.
- Act as first line reviewer of fabric maintenance case.
- Drive plant and equipment reliability through maintenance
- Optimize fabric maintenance with focus on attaining compliance targets for all safety critical equipment.
- Implement fit-for-purpose technologies to support effective execution of maintenance work.
- Develop and implement contracts for Tangguh fabric maintenance.
- Advise and train personnel on all types of installation and repair procedures all types of fabric maintenance aspects including tools, insulation materials and procedures and references to applicable piping/vessel codes, etc.
- Apply Continuous Improvement (CI) to improve fabric maintenance capability and technicians' productivity.
- Ensure all activities are closed and recorded through work order system (Maximo) and maintain its quality of reporting.
- Contract holders of the civil works maintenance contracts.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 5 years work experience in fabric maintenance execution in the oil and gas industry.
- Posess leadership skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work in multi cultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills.
