Accounts Assistant

Job Scope
  • Accounts Receivable function.
  • Responsible for Credit Control and Collection for all clients.
  • Responsible for recording and sending of sales invoices and related documents.
  • Require to attend to Singapore office for meeting.
  • Banking activities and any adhoc duties assigned by the superior.

  • At least 1 year’s relevant accounting experiences.
  • LCCI, CAT or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Mature, meticulous & strong analytical skills.
  • Possesses initiative and team player.
  • Able to take stress and meeting tight deadline
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Positive working attitude, hardworking and willing to take up challenges.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
