PT SYNERGY OIL NUSANTARA an Edible Oil Refinery in Kabil, Batam is inviting high achieving self motivated candidates for the position of:
IT EXECUTIVE – S.A.P FICO
Batam (Kepulauan Riau) 
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the support of SAP FICO to enhance the business operations.
  • Configuring, customizing and implementing additional requirements for SAP ECC6 FI/CO applications, in the areas of General Ledgers, Controlling, Profitability Segment, Account Receivables, Asset Management and Legal Consolidations.
  • Additional knowledge of one or more modules in PP, SD, MM and HR is preferable
  • Primarily responsible for system support, study, configuration, development, testing, documentation and implementation of SAP application systems focusing on FICO.
  • Coordinate with business end users to provide SAP FICO support and continuous system enhancements to meet new business requirements.
  • Carry out trainings for end users to continuously enhance the utilization of SAP system.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business' needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in SAP FICO implementation and support with good skills in SAP configuration and knowledge in simple ABAP development.
  • Experience of core FI/CO modules (GL,AP,AR,Consolidations in EC-CS).
  • Good functional knowledge of SAP HR, SD, MM & PP modules with understanding of key integration points with FICO modules.
  • Manufacturing business process knowledge (Bill of Material, Production Scheduling, MRP, Inventory Management, etc) will be an added advantage.
  • Posses Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
  • Proactive personality with initiative to learn and implement new IT solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in Business Consolidations Systems and/or Budgeting and Planning System will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Financial and Accounting principles.
  • Must be willing to travel (10% to 20%).
  • The applicant must have good interpersonal and communication skills, enjoys both leading and hands-on work, able to multi-task and work under tight time line.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Batam (Kepulauan Riau) 


Responsibilities:
  • Uptime of all plant & machinery in the Factory encompassing all equipments and structures covering all branches of engineering i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Civil.
  • To organize maintenance teams with requisite skills for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and execution of projects in the factory.
  • To ensure uptime of plant and machinery and uninterrupted availability of production capacities. Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
  • In consultation with Production, determine lay-out, line-balancing needs for quality, productivity and efficiency improvements.
  • To ensure Utilities deliver rated output.
  • To plan optimum inventory levels of spare parts and ensure their storage and accounting. Develop reliable vendors for spare parts and maintenance services.
  • To prepare annual maintenance expenses budget in line with factory overheads.
  • To ensure compliance to budgeted expenses.
  • To prepare capital expenditure proposals in line with business requirements.
  • Successful execution of CAPEX.
  • To implement TPM way of working among the maintenance staff.
  • To ensure appropriate engineering solutions are designed and executed for prevention of accidents and unsafe conditions.
  • To ensure proper functioning of safety related equipment across the facility.
  • To periodically review performance of Maintenance engineers and Technicians with the objective of improving performance and building greater result orientation.
  • To train and develop Maintenance engineers and Technicians for improved performance and for succession by activating an agreed upon career plan in collaboration with Unit HR.
  • To implement ERP in maintenance/projects related activities.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology.
  • Minimum10 Years of experience in reputed companies.
