Assistant Manager - HSE
Riau - Batam
  • Manage and advise on all HSE related issues
  • Manage emergency response and conduct investigations
  • Conduct risk assessment and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, HSE policies and procedures
  • Actively promote safety awareness, accident prevention measures and reduce work hazards
  • Ensure the HSE team maintain records and develop reports as required
  • Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HSE in the Offshore and Marine Industry
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to communicate in the English language
  • Good knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & SMS Audit system implementation
Accounts Officer
Riau - Batam
  • Handle full sets of Accounts and /or specific accounting function
  • Ensure timely closing of accounts
  • Analyze accounts and prepare management reports
  • Liaise with other departments and external auditors
  • Diploma III / S1 Degree majoring in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in Accounting
  • Candidates with 1 year experience may be considered as Accounts Assistants
  • Familiarity with ERP accounting software would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to details
  • Able to communicate in the English language
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Assistant Manager – Warehouse and Material Control
Riau - Batam
  • Manage all aspects of store activities
  • Effective warehouse control relating to receipt, storage, preservation and issuing of materials
  • Ensure all incoming materials are properly received, inspected, issued or stored
  • Ensure that warehouse facilities and equipment are properly maintained
  • Monitor material codification, stock control and stock taking
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and take corrective actions to rectify delays
  • Take corrective actions to resolve discrepancies in stock items
  • Prepare inventory management reports
  • Degree / Diploma in Logistics or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 5 year relevant working experience, preferably in the Offshore and Marine Industry
  • Good knowledge of material control and warehouse operations
  • Able to communicate in the English language
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge in computer application
