Responsibilities


You will be responsible for providing a full recruitment service to Premier’s on- and off-shore operations within Indonesia, including the full remit of candidate attraction, selection and offer management. You will manage relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external suppliers, and assist in building a talent pool for the business.
You will be comfortable in dealing with a variety of internal stakeholders, and external parties (e.g. BPMIGAS, Universities, media companies, recruitment suppliers, training vendors and HR consultants).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Business Unit recruitment plan is in accordance with the manpower planning, then prepare hiring plans based on RPTK
• Ensure proper authorisation procedures followed
• Provide interview support and coaching to stakeholders, support development of position descriptions, interview panel planning and timetabling
• Manage advertising (internally and externally) using various media and direct sourcing options wherever possible
• Managing recruitment suppliers and rates agreements where external assistance required
• Assist in delivering a initial graduate recruitment programme
• Focus on hiring cost control and reduced time to hire, whilst maintaining quality of candidates generated
• Provide regular activity reports to HR and stakeholders
• Screen respondents (internal and external), managing both candidate experience and Premier’s reputation in a professional manner
• Manage offer processes and negotiations, preparing and managing all necessary documentation
• Manage 3rd Party contract
• Updating HRIS, RMS and external stakeholder systems (e.g. BPMIGAS) as required 


Requirements

Skills (and experience)
• 5 years + relevant experience within a corporate recruitment environment
• Oil and gas experience highly valued

Knowledge
• Sound understanding of recruitment methodologies and employment laws
• Experience in using HR and recruitment technologies
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Strong MS Office skills

Attributes
• Facilitation and mediation skills in managing salary negotiations
