Customer Support Executive / Quality Assurance Analyst (Batam)
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email
  • Provide technical trainings and occasional regional on-site support
  • Work closely with the technical team and Project Manager
  • Develop, execute and maintain test cases and test data
  • Record and verify defects or bugs when fixed by team
  • Develop UAT scripts and assists Project Manager to conduct testing with Users
Key Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Engineering
  • University fresh graduates with right aptitude and attributes will be considered
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
  • Excellence verbal and written communication skills, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to cooperate in a multicultural worldwide team
  • Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese and English speaking associates
  • 2 Full-time positions available (Training will be provided)
  • Ability to write simple SQL queries and insert/update statements and a grasp on relational databases in MS SQL and PostgreSQL

  • Ability to learn quickly, pick up new techniques and principles and implement them appropriately
  • Enthusiasm to facilitate face-to-face communication

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to "think outside of the box"
