Recruitment & Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1. Handle Recruitment Process
2. Maintain training programs 
3. Monitoring instructor performance to verify training is conducted as outlined in approved training
materials and in a manner that motivates personnel to learn
 4. Verif ythat the training staff has obtained and is maintaining their technical and instructional
knowledgeand skills
 5. Develop training programs according to approved methodology
 6. Develop training program and trainee status reports for line managers, and assist line managers
in identifying and resolving human performance issues
 7. Track current industry training issues
 8. Develop improved methods to meet training  objectives and goals as required
 9. Develop training policies that establish guidelines for all training functions 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably for candidates come from Batam area
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
