Role synopsisThe role supports annual risk assessment through appropriate input regarding crisis management risks in the organization.
Key accountabilities- Act as deputy to the Crisis & Continuity Management Emergency Response Director when required
- Support the Crisis & Continuity Management Emergency Response Director in establishing the KPI for crisis & continuity management
- Deliver annual crisis management budget
- Develop, implement and maintain crisis management and emergency response plans
- Schedule, prepare, deliver and document training and exercises to maintain the abilities of the response personnel
- Provide input for annual entity crisis management capability assessments
- Maintain the competencies of 3-tier response models as per the Group Defined Practices (GDP) requirements (IMT, BST and the Country Support Team )
Essential EducationAt minimum a Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
Essential experience and job requirements- At minimum 10 years experience in HSSE role related to crisis management in an operating business or significant experience as a specialist or adviser in consultancy role
- Proven experience in complying to Global Policy for Crisis and Continuity Management in multinational organization with global operation
- Knowledgeable in developing, implementing and maintaining risk-based assurance programs
- Advanced qualifications in an HSSE or engineering subject and professional accreditations or equivalent
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skill
