PT. Austin Engineering Indonesia - HR & Legal Supervisor

Role and Duties:
  • Performing HR Functions comprising of recruitment and selection process, orientation and training.
  • Assist HR Manager to maintain Industrial Relation within company comprising of Company Regulation, Working Agreements, Bipartite Committee, and other form of Employee Communication.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements, and Indonesian prevailing laws.
  • Assist HR Manager to maintain Daily Manpower Count and Recruitment Status, Monthly report, Occupational Accident, Jamsostek Report, and Turnover Employee.
  • Deal with complex disciplinary HR issues, using HR and company knowledge.
  • Assist HR Manager dealing and monitor Labor Suppliers, Recruitment Agencies and Medical Check up Vendors.
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are developed, implemented and maintained.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external training provided to employees.
  • Maintain employees records are documented in place.
  • Perform legal research and review, prepares legal document.
  • Support general office administration activities.
  • Assist HR Manager related Human Resources, Administration and Legal reports and analysis.

Education and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Law, Psychology or Management from Reputable University.
  • At least 3+ Years experience in a similar position.
  • Well versed in Indonesian Labor Law and other related prevailing laws.
  • Mature, Fast Learner and able to work under tight schedule.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or similar.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
  • English fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory.
  • Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point.
  • A detail oriented person and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill.
  • Ability to fit in to an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
