Responsibilities:
  • Update PO confirmation from suppliers
  • Send and follow up on weekly re-scheduling reports with supplier
  • Issue exception form for all the buyers on supplier reply
  • Compile weekly reports and some admin tasks
Requirements:
  • Diploma holders preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Can speak and write in English
  • Good in Microsoft office - especially in excel
