PT. Energy Logistics - Business Development Staff

  • Identifying our potential Customers by carrying on a systematic survey of the market related to our present activities.
  • Intelligence gathering on competitors.
  • Information gathering on future projects.
  • Direct contact with clients by e-mails, faxes, phone calls or personal visits.
  • Generating sales leads for other branches and responding to sales leads received from other branches.
  • Follow up of visits and contacts
  • Preparation of meetings for the branch manager or Country advisor
  • Reporting, establishing a Customers data base to be regularly updated on weekly, monthly basis.
  • Participation in the preparation of our bids for tenders.
  • Presentations of our company and services to selected clients and representing the company in pre-bid meetings, bid opening or any other meeting when required.
  • Entertaining clients when required under instructions of the branch manager or Country advisor
  • Preparation of marketing reports to the branch manager or Country advisor

  • Min DIII or relevant degree
  • Max age 28 years
  • Min 5 years related experiences
  • Good understanding in freight forwarding and project procedures
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently and as a team work
  • English proficiency for verbal and written
  • Well manage in filling system
  • Computer literate
