
Responsibilities:
- Review and sent monthly tax reports to tax office
- Creating Project Cost for each job/order.
- Pay the cost expenses by using petty Cash
- Review and Sign invoices from supplier
- Negotiate the price to supplier
- Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
- Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.
- Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
- preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years experience as Finance & Accounting level with a reputable and Medium to Large Company.
- Very good in details
- Capable to manage high pressure working conditions due to the nature of work.
- Great interpersonal, persuasive, hard worker, assertive and energetic.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, strong people orientation, result orientation, and proactivity.
- Full-Time position available.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
