PT. Volex Indonesia - Assistant HR Manager


Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Assistant Manager will be fully responsible for empowering and maintain in implementing HR Process and ensure that they are in line with our corporate, spearhead recruitment and selection activities locally and regionally.
  • To assist HR Manager to follow up and implement the company’s HR strategies/policies/initiatives
  • To work with local management team to work out human resources plan to meet short-and long-term business development needs.
  • Monitor HR projects to ensure they deliver business improvement and are aligned with organizational objectives
  • Making Recruiting plans and strategy according to different requirements of departments and projects.
  • Implement the recruitment & selection activities with quality and speed to support the fast growing business in Batam factory
  • Diversify hiring channels and improve effectiveness, including evaluating and managing head-hunting suppliers
  • Frequent evaluation to recruiting results, in order to make immediate adjustment to recruiting mode and procedure
  • Establish and give maintenance to talents and talents resource database, and keep a good, long-term relationship.
Requirements:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • BS or BA Degree required,
  • At Least 5 years related experience in multinational companies, Recruitment & ER related experience preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Be familiar with Staffing management experiences
  • Ability to work in a team and facilitate teamwork
  • Possess high energy and a dynamic personality
  • Possess a high level of integrity and ethics
  • Strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills)
  • High stress tolerance and be open-minded
  • Must be organized and possess strong time and project management skills
  • Have a high sense of urgency, results oriented
  • Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
  • Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
