- Someone who is responsible to meet client needs and achieve profitability objectives of the ILS Account(s), with shipping floor operations ensuring client contract requirements are achieved or exceeded. Manages Shipping Floor operations to maximize layout, processes and culture related to receiving, storing, order filling, packing, dismantling, shipping, quality control, inventory counts, etc.
- Serves as liaison to facility operations management and ILS Account team. Determines information services requirements for client, seeking assistance of the manager as necessary. Recommends changes, assists in continuous improvement initiatives for Shipping Floor processes and implements new systems/processes.
- Communicates and maintains a culture of open relationships with associates. Assists in answering associate concerns/complaints. Determines and implements staffing levels for assignment completion. Participates in recruiting and screening routines for new employees. Assures employees are thoroughly trained in processes and business practices/policies. Reporting to this position are associates and/or invoice clerks.
- Supports purchases of indirect material suppliers required for daily operations . Assumes responsibility for operations in absence of Regional Operations Manager and is typically critical to a successful startup of new operations. Responsible for operational updates, written and oral reports and operations summaries.
Speak and write both in English and Indonesian.
At least 5 - 8 years of working experience. Previous experience in Transportation, Warehouse and Wharf Operations will be added advantage.
University Degree in the related fields.
Demostrate ability to work independently.
