Reports to: College Director
Job purpose:
Overall responsibility for a specific programme/department of the College
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  1. Leads, develops, coaches, trains and maintains a team of Education Consultants, responsible for maximizing new business volume.
  2. Achieves quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales
  3. Actively explore business opportunities and expand market share
  4. Establishes and build long term relationship with clients

  1. Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  2. Salary range: max – 1,000 SGD upon candidate experience
  3. Proven track record in developing effective marketing campaigns that meet marketing and sales objectives
  4. Experience in internet marketing is an added advantage
  5. Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality
  6. Good business contacts
  1. To plan and execute marketing plans and campaigns within the budget set aside
  2. To achieve 70% of the target set per quarter
  3. To motivate his/her team of Education Consultants to meet 70% of their individual targets
  4. Plan and organize as well as assist in school promotional activities (Open House, Trade Shows, Education Fairs, etc.) both in and out of normal school hours

All Staffs must speak English, and a test will be conducted to ensure candidates proficiency.
