PT. Cameron Systems - HR Manager (HR-MGR)


Requirements:

  • Min. Human Resource/Business Administration/Psychology /Management /Law Degree from reputable university
  • Must understand the Labor Laws and Regulations & Income Tax (PPh 21) Regulation
  • Understand payroll, training, recruitment, IR, T&D, C&B, understand KPI, expat permit handling
  • Must understand SAP Payroll; or other Payroll software (ISO, OHSAS & Six Sigma)
  • Able to travel occasionally, coordinate and liaise across departments, locations and countries
  • Target and profit oriented, good interpersonal, able to lead staffs 
  • Experience in the same field and position min. 5 years
  • Able to communicate in English both oral & written across departments and levels;
  • Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Preferable understand SAP Payroll, ISO, OHSAS & Six Sigma
  • Fimiliar  with ISO 9000/2001, API Certification, Six Sigma system will be advantage
  • Discretion, good judgment, initiative, attitude, integrity. loyal and positive thinking
