PT. Tunaskarya Indoswasta was formed in February 1990, primarily to support the development of Riau Islands, which is a part of the SIJORI Industrial Triangle (Singapore – Johor – Riau), by providing manpower, specifically for Batamindo Industrial Park (BIP) Muka Kuning.
Currently, PT. Tunaskarya Indoswasta also renders human resources services to companies operating in Bintan Industrial Park (Lobam), Bintan Resort Corporation (Lagoi) as well as to a number of companies operating in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya and other major cities in Indonesia.

1. Deputy Head of HR Operation

Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for the efficient facilitation in the implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems in the Regional Office and the Plantation locations
  • Be responsible for the efficient facilitation in the implementation of suitable mechanism in recruiting people, assessing suitability/ capability and ensuring the selection of right calibre of candidates to the company
  • Be responsible for carrying out periodical reviews on human Resources activities in the plantation locations and highlight to management
  • Facilitate the process of carrying and assisting of HR Audits, HR-operations, Handling procedures, Employee climate survey, Management performances, Provide coaching an Guidance, etc
  • Ensure effective delegation of duties and provide sufficient grooming with minimum supervision
  • Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures and SOPs

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Management.

2. Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities: 
  • Timely and smooth execution of projects, initiatives and activities resulting in operating excellence
  • Proactive and dynamic approach towards the assigned duties leading to quality and timely delivery
  • Adherence to GA1 standards and overall divisional standards
  • To manage the manpower requirements at each level of Managerial and staff worker level
  • Lead in the preparation and maintenance Job candidate database
  • Derive recruitment strategy in implementing the most cost efficient mathodologies in the recruitment of various levels of employees
  • Bridge network with various vocational schools, universities, ad other higher learning institutions in various areas for the purpose of recruitment staffing
  • Lead in constructing budget plan by coordinating with Head of various department and SPUs
  • Manage I-Recruitment system and ensure that all parties are utilizing the system effectively
  • Manage the assessment center and its implementation to ensure smooth its smooth running
  • Coach, counsel and mentor your team members to encounter barriers and provide required support to realign performance and personal life
  • Support the other department in the implementation of policies, procedures, standards, climate surveys, work/life balance programs, training interventions, etc
  • Partake in cross functional projects on the instruction of the management
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or General HR.

Requirements:

4. Manager Learning & Development
Responsibilities: 
  • Manager the day to day functioning of the Goodhope Academy for Management Excellence (GAME)
  • Schedule the learning programs at GAME
  • Supervisory learning center as per L&D calendar and ensure complete logistical efficacy
  • Plan & execute expat orientation
  • Learning Needs Identification & Analyst (LNI & A)
  • L&D Plan and Budget
  • Monitoring the utilization of the L&D budget
  • Develop Technical Learning programs
  • Source & Deliver internally an/or though external resources) the leadership development
  • External Services Providers
  • Post learning effectiveness evaluation
  • Learning Management Information
  • Full back up for the Manager L&D

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Human Resource Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): GAME, Training, Plantation.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. Job role in Agriculture/Plantation or Management.
