1. Financial Management Controller (Batam)

  • Prepare and monitor business plans and budgets, prepare quarterly cost and revenue forecasts, and maintain capital expenses within operating limits.
  • Collaborate, coordinate and interact with internal cross functional departments.
  • Prepare, analyze and present monthly reports to business units in France, Japan, Singapore of all financial data of the factory (eg Plant’s performance/ productivity KPIs, P&L), including any need for adhoc/ dynamic reports.
  • Highlight cost/ inventory issues and related anomalies to the financial controller, plant manager and all the related production stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly SAP FICO closing accounts and submit to APAC HQ on timely basis.
  • Prepare product costing for all product references (> 1000 SKUs), analyze the variances, and make recommendations for cost control.
  • Compute the transfer prices for all the product references and submit to APAC and Business units as per schedule and on timely basis.
  • Maintain an accurate fixed asset register, ensure compliance to corporate accounting/ auditing guidelines, and conduct periodic audit of all assets.
  • Collaborate, coordinate and interact with internal cross functional departments to monitor and conduct audit of inventory levels, movement and cost management efficiency.

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Accountancy, preferably in Cost/ Management Accounting.
  • Possess more than 5 years of experiences in financial and management accounting, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experiences in business management, product costing, financial budgeting and forecasting, setting up and maintenance of accounting procedures.
  • Candidates with SAP FICO knowledge will be prioritized.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, passion for people and good team player.
  • Customer service and quality oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Must be willing to be based in Batam.

2. IT Manager

  • Reporting to the IT Director of East Asia’s IT Processes and Organization (IPO), you will lead a team of highly skilled and service-oriented IT Engineers and Technicians to provide and manage on-time, day-to-day IT operations of the businesses and factories in Batam.Ensure seamless integration of new entities to the site and accountable for end-to-end delivery of applications.
    • Provide Levels 1 and 2 end-user on-site support, and carry out IT operations in line with global/ regional IPO application services/ operations services guidelines.
    • Ensure consistency of service processes and standards, and maximize value to the businesses.
    • Design, deliver and maintain Tier 4 (local) applications.
    • Train, coach and develop the site IT teams to meet appropriate competency, knowledge, skills and service delivery requirements.
  • Provide expert advice for IT technicality, solutions, hardware/ software sourcing, process improvements, vendor management, cost optimization, latest technology and applications from corporate IPO office, etc.
  • Prepare business reviews to anticipate, register and meet local IT demands of business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports relating to the site IT services, issues and costs.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/ Applications/ Management.
  • At least 5 years of IT services and management experiences, preferably from a large employee-base manufacturing and MNC multi-business environment.
  • Familiar with business processes relating to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Matrials Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, sourcing, business partnership.
  • Hands-on experiences with SAP/ ERP, MFGPRO, IT project management.
  • Ability to internalize and socialize new software applications with the business and manufacturing environment, provide fast responses to rectify technical issues, conduct training for new IT applications.
  • Proven ability to take the lead and drive operational outcomes in a timely and comprehensive basis.
  • Demonstrated change management skills to plan and manage IT operations.
  • Process-driven, highly independent, very hands-on, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Customer service and quality oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Must be willing to be based in Batam.

3. Industrial HR Business Partner

  • Develop, implement and review HR plans and solutions:
    • manpower resource planning, budgeting and recruitment,
    • compensation and benefits administration and review,
    • performance management (eg periodic appraisals, competency review, counseling),
    • training and development, including leadership development,
    • internal communications and employee engagement,
    • talent retention and succession planning programs,
    • industrial relations management,
    • general affairs, health and safety management.
  • Work with centralized HR shared services teams to implement various HR plans and achieve desired results.
  • Make sense of global and regional HR strategies and implement the plans that fit local requirements.
  • Align with and participate in various HR talent identification and development programs.
  • Prepare and present periodic HR indices and annual strategies.
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 8 years of HR leadership experiences, preferably from an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Possesses sound knowledge of and experiences in local HR practices and employment legislations.
  • Proven ability to take the lead and drive business outcomes and HR programs.
  • Demonstrated change management skills to plan and manage HR programs.
  • Highly independent and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft will be advantageous.
  • Customer and service oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Batam.
