Customer Service Frontliner Representative (Batam)
Report directly to Depot Manager Batam. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, customer’s inquiry & complaint, as well as assist to fill their needs, to maintain our service excellence.
Minimum diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in related field especially service industry, pleasant personality and excellent communication skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
