HR EXECUTIVE / MANAGER
Address challenges & spot opportunities for the company to leverage its strengths
Do market analysis to set direction for the company.
Ensure the continued fiscal viability of the firm's operational units.
Plan budgets for core & project costs & manage effectively within this budget.
Manage the manpower division
Create & drive manpower, communication & staff welfare activities.
Assess & direct the execution of working practices & processes.
Check & approve contracts.
Make sure the company complies with statutory obligations
Offer guidance to plant managers
Steer lean management system
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
