1. Senior HSES Training Tech - (1574)
Education : Diploma

  • Ensure HSES training material updated and well understood.

  • Administrative and logistical arrangements for the smooth running of training programs.

Education:

Experience:

2. Structural Draftsman - (1503)

Job Description :
  • Prepares drawings and maintain registers.
  • Maintains drawing register on a project-by-project basis which catalogues all drawings and sketches issued.
  • Ensures the accuracy of unique drawings, sketch numbers and references.
  • Issues drawings/sketches upon approval.
  • Ensures basic detailing of designs.
  • Designs barge anchor patterns in accordance with Company's or Client's guidelines.
  • Collect measurements and other data for built drawings of existing equipment.

4. Senior Planner/ Scheduler - (1601)

Job Description :
  • Works under the direction of the Project Controls Manager or Project Manager and assists Project and Task Managers in the preparation of schedules in their areas of responsibility. 
  • Coordinates, reviews, and prepares the plans and schedules for new or existing projects.
  • Provides schedule impacts for changes.
  • Incorporates engineering and field schedules into the performance measurement baseline.
  • Provides earned value reporting and performance measurements.
  • Provides man-hour and manpower figures and trends for cost analysis, including delayed construction, procurement and/or engineering deliverables.
  • Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments and work requirements.
  • Assists in development and implementation of project planning procedures appropriate for the project, which are in compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Ensures that Project Controls deliverables are satisfied and Project Control Systems and procedures are implemented.

5. Principal Assurance Specialist - (1576) 
Education : Bachelors Degree

Job Description
  • Directly responsible for product quality of the project. Supervises Project Quality Assurance to achieve product quality and assist Project Manager in Quality planning of the project both Onshore & Offshore. 
  • Review contract scope of work, specification, Project Execution Plan and accepted qualifications and identify unique requirements or special processes during the project which requires control for effective examination & reliability. 
  • Direct, supervise and participate in the activities of the Project Management Team to assure product Quality. 
  • Initiate Quality Planning for the project to assure compliance first time through proactive and preventive measures and consults with the Quality Manager concerning prevention and appraisal resources and the effectiveness of project Quality Plan/Procedures necessary to achieve the product quality. 
  • Initiate 'Fit for Purpose' evaluation for non conforming items. Assure through proper utilization of resources and audit verification the effective execution of the Project Quality Plan. 
  • Develop Project Quality Plan to cover all customer requirements to a level of detail necessary to assure integration within the Project Quality Plan. 
  • Participate in the Contract Review (kick-off meeting) to identity the "key factors for success" plus the risks and define/implement preventive action. Identify issues and concerns. 
  • Liaise with the QC / NDT / Certification Personnel and Customer to ensure that Quality problems are addressed and technically resolved. 
  • Prepare and compile data from audits, identify non-quality trends and advises Project Management on the effectiveness of the Project Quality System. 
  • Liaise with Engineering groups, PMT, Purchasing, Vendors Inspection and customer to ensure customer spec requirements are integrated into the Engineering and Vendor data documents of supplied products. 
  • Administer the vendor inspection process through the assigned coordinator.
  • Liaise with the Certifying Authority on documents specified to seek verification, assessment and appraisal of their conformity and fitness to the codes and regulations. 
  • Oversee the As Built Project Certification as it is progressed through work approval packages and monitors progress/status of mechanical completion.

  • To prepare and implement plans and processes to facilitate efficient day-to-day running of the department in line with the Integrated Management System.
  • Performs analysis and design of offshore platforms including substructures, topsides, and related oil and gas facilities.
  • Works with other Structural Engineers and Designers on project structural teams.
  • Interacts effectively with engineers in all disciplines, drafters / designers, project management team, internal and external customer.
  • Maintains responsibility for the quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables including design criteria, specifications, reports, studies, and ensuring that structural design is accurately and completely represented on drawings.
