Supply Chain Management Analyst Assistant
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)


Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and submit qualification request form ( New Supplier ) and re-qualification form request.
  2. Transferred data from supplier qualification questionnaire form to Master Data Vendor form and submitted to vendor approval Subsea team enclosed with supporting documents for  review and approved then upload to system as approval vendor list.
  3. Update and maintain the approval vendor list if any change supplier  data information such as physical address, contact information, Withholding tax, Bank data, Payment information and sales data.
  4. Re-evaluation exiting suppliers such re-submitted form supplier questionnaire qualification and update if any change suppliers data information.
  5. Supplier Performance Evaluation monhtly data preparation support.
  6. Submit audit report and Frame agreement and Monitoring.
  7. Prepare weekly report  procurement / Planning / Inventory activity.
  8. Communicate and stay informed  of Health, Safety, Environment  (HSE)  hazards, concerns, issues, processes, procedures, policies and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Mechanical / Industrial  Engineering  or equivalent.
  • Proficient communication skill both written and spoken in English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience to  handle supplier and vendor are required for this position, fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate at all level.
  • Knowledge of SAP is essential.
  • Good communicator and team player.
  • At least an intermidiate competency level in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly independent, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Must be willingness to stay in Batam.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
