Responsibilities:
In this role, you will responsible to grow HSBC's Global Trade and Receivable Finance businesses in Batam Branch. The job holder is also responsible to conduct stringent portfolio and revenue monitoring, able to work closely with various internal stake-holders such as Middle Office Team and Relationship Managers to drive revenue and profit.

Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Hold bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Has minimum 3 years experiences in banking industry, preferably with experience in Trade and/or Commercial Banking.
  • Willing to work in Batam Branch
  • Able to grow the portfolio of Global Trade and Receivable Finance’s customers while also maintaining relationship with existing customers.
  • Posses sound knowledge of Trade products and operations, as well as to have fair ideas of other Commercial Banking products.
  • Excellent sales and customer skills to meet up the targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office).
  • Has a strong analytical skills and must be able to work with details and possess high degree of accuracy.
  • Has good interpersonal skill and able to work with team.
  • Has a strong drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity.
