- Provide full range of administration and secretarial support on day to day work to Operations Manager
- Responsible to assist the Operations Manager in carrying out all operations admin job
- Diploma in Administrative qualifications related.
- Proficient in MS office.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant disposition, proactive attitude, assertive and able to meet set goals and objectives
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must be conversant in both oral and written English
- Able to start work immediately
