1. Accountant


Responsibilities:
1.帳戶管理                                       
Monitor monthly account reconciliations
2.按照當地會計準則完成會計交易                       
In accordance with local accounting standards to accomplish accounting transactions 
3.協助內外部審計員的審計工作
Support and coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
4.準備每月的財務報告給管理層
Prepare finance monthly reports for management review monthly


Requirements:
1.大學或以上學歷,精通中文英語和印尼語                

Bachelor degree or above,proficient in Chinese/English/Indonesian speaking and writing


2.三年以上相關工作經驗
3 years and above related working experience


3.熟悉Office 軟體操作;
Familiar with MS office



2. Administration Executive
Responsibilities:
1.負責辦公設施的檢查、維修保養服務
Be responsible for administration facility checking,maintenance service etc.
2.負責行政日、月的成本報表分析
Be responsible for daily/monthly admin cost report and analysis
3.負責公司活動的籌畫和實施
Be responsible for all kinds of admin projects
4.其他上級交代的事情
Other ad hoc required by superior

Requirements:
1.大專以上(全日制)學歷 ,精通英語及印尼語
Diploma and above, proficient in English/Indonesian speaking and writing

2.三年以上相關工作經驗
3 years and above related working experience

3.熟悉Office 軟體操作;
Familiar with MS office



3. HR Executive
Responsibilities:
1.發展執行招聘工作,滿足公司人力需求
Develop and implement recruiting programs to meet company's manpower requirements
2.依相關勞動法令及社會保險制度, 設立新公司登記
Register for new company setup acoording to related labour law and social secutity regulations
3.負責每月薪資發放, 繳交保險, 退休金,  及員工所的稅等相關薪酬福利工作
Conduct monthly payroll admin, payment for pension, insurance, tax filing…etc.
4.員工出缺勤管理及系統建置
Manage and Maintain leave balance, assist in system setting up with aligning with HQ
5.負責安排培訓,包括培訓計劃,培訓地圖,培訓內容等       
Be in charge of training arrangement including training plans,roadmap and content,etc
6.支持部門主管完成員工績效考評
Support managers to implement employees performance appraisal processes
7.準備每月的HR報告給管理層                        
prepare HR monthly reports for management review regularly

Requirements:
1.大學學歷,精通中文英語和印尼語
Bachelor degree or above,proficient in Chinese/English/Indonesian speaking and writing

2.三年以上相關工作經驗
3 years and above related working experience

3. 熟悉印尼相關勞動法令, 社會保險制度及所得稅法
Familiar with Indonesia Labour Law and withholding tax law

4.熟悉Office 軟體操作;
be familiar to Office software


4. Shipping Executive
Responsibilities:
1.負責每日進出口操作與管理
Daily import, export&return handling and control
2.負責辦理及跟蹤所有加工貿易手冊的相關業務
In charge of all the activities of processing trade
3.與公司相關部門和外界供應商保持良好合作
Keep good coopereration with internal relevant functions and external service partners
4.負責相關文件的收集以及翻譯
Documents collection & filling
5.負責製作進出口報表和分析
Working out import/export reports and analysis

Requirements:
1.大學學歷,精通中文英語和印尼語
Bachelor degree or above,proficient in Chinese/English/Indonesian speaking and writing

2.三年以上相關工作經驗
3years and above related working experience

3.熟悉Office 軟體操作
Be familiar to Office software
