1. PROJECT ENGINEER
  • Produce project deliverable to in a safe manner, to specification and quality requirements, on schedule and within budget
  • Responsible for the effective management and delivery of equipment and service as defined by customer's order
  • Supporting for negotiation with customer during bid award, variation and project execution phases
  • Responsible for leading a cross functional team (planners, engineers, manufacturing, test and assembly) and ensuring the are able to meet the obligations of the contract (OTD)
  • Responsible for managing the execution Key Jobs in the region and lead Hand-Off for project execution phase (ITO-OTR)
Requirements:
  • Min bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experiences handling project management system
  • Have a good understanding and working knowledge of subsea trees and wellheads. Experienced on the oil and gas services and API sec 17D will be an advantage
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.

2. SUBSEA TREES CELL LEADER
  • Lead the Cell / Assembly subsea trees line in establishing and maintaining productivity, utilization 
  • Responsible to achieve high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation, continues improvement and efficiency to achieve company goal. 
  • Ensure company processes are followed for quality procedure, EHS and risk management functions
  • Work proactively with the management to manage the load/capacity balance within and eliminate production bottlenecks 
  • Initiate necessary corrective actions as and when required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degrees from Industrial Engineering. 
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as subsea assembly and wellhead production leader. 
  • Have a good understanding and working knowledge of subsea trees and wellheads. Experienced on the oil and gas services and API sec 17D will be an advantage
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.

3. SUBSEA QA/QC LEADER
  • Lead the Cell / Line in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans and overall quality initiatives
  • Perform workstation and individual contributor audits as required and be the cell representative for QUAD, Registrar, and customer audits 
  • Responsible to work with project team to provide technical expertise in the resolution of quality issues 
  • Conduct pre-inspection meeting with customer representatives to agree on specifications, PO requirement, production schedule, QA Plan, ITP scope and coordinate inspection activities 
  • Organize & lead Quality Council & Quality Management Review [QMR]. Provide monthly quality system status reports to upper management based upon area of responsibility
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degrees from Mechanical Engineering 
  • Minimum 7-10 years experiences on Quality Management System, ISO 9001/14001, Project Quality, and Supplier Quality is essential 
  • Have a good understanding and working knowledge of subsea trees and wellheads. Experienced on the oil and gas services and API sec 17D will be an advantage
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.

4. SUBSEA QC INSPECTOR
  • Understanding of SOP, VGS and Customer Special Quality requirements
  • Knowledge in manufacturing process, ISO system, API 17 D
  • To perform quality management system implementation and maintenance
  • To perform Incoming/in process / Outgoing inspection
  • Maintain trace ability database and report trace ability to internal sales prior to shipment
Requirements:
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.
  • Min. Diploma on electrical/Mechanical Engineering with min 3 years experience as incoming, process and outgoing inspector

5. PLANNER
  • Lead to co-ordinates the handling, processing and completion of customer requirements from planning to production scheduling which includes expediting and material movements through various departments as required to meet on-time delivery of the customer's orders 
  • Collaborate with workshop /warehouse/QC on loading schedules/material issues/inspections 
  • Exercise excellent inventory control disciplines to max out inventory turns and activate sub-contract and ensure costs are updated accurately and timely 
  • Responsible to review quality plans to ensure all activities are in compliance with plan
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degrees from Industrial Engineering 
  • Minimum 3 years experienced as production planning and inventory control. Good knowledge and able to identify critical paths in the manufacturing processes 
  • Have a good understanding and working knowledge of subsea trees and wellheads. Experienced on the oil and gas services and API sec 17D will be an advantage
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.

6. MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING
  • Manufacturing Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes for an area or business segment. 
  • Utilize lean-manufacturing principles and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs and increase capacity 
  • Drive Process Improvement / Cycle Reduction initiatives and drive productivity improvements via process changes or improvements 
  • Support equipment upgrades from purchase through installation and conduct cost/benefit analysis for changes to processes and/or equipment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degrees from Industrial Engineering 
  • Minimum 3 years experiences read assembly drawing, methodology and provide standard process operation. Strong mechanical design ability to support productivity and quality products 
  • Have a good understanding and working knowledge of subsea trees and wellheads. Experienced on the oil and gas services and API sec 17D will be an advantage
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.

7. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
  • Performs minor electrical maintenance to include replacement or repair of fixtures and subsea tree equipment to support operation 
  • Assists in performing minor HVAC work (e.g. adjusting and calibrating thermostats, pneumatic controls and HVAC and electric energy management systems; installing pipes for high pressure air systems; repairing water, gas, electric and air pipes and lines in or under floors, walkways, and walls; etc.) 
  • Assists in performing scheduled and "as needed" inspection and preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain operability of the tools and equipment 
  • Supporting EHS program based requirement on the workshop include safety equipment, ATS closing, and EHS improvement
Requirements:
  • Follow orders and complete work assignments with a minimum of supervision. 
  • Work in various adverse conditions such as tight or enclosed spaces, heights, and temperature extremes, indoors or outdoors to complete work assignments. 
  • Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment 
  • Minimum from technical high school or equivalent with 3 years experiences work in various adverse conditions such as tight or enclose spaces, heights and electrical trouble shooting
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.

8. WAREHOUSE MAN
  • Receive shipments, log into inventory, maintain inventory
  • Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pick up
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiency, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks
  • Maintain the ability to determine the status of an order
Requirements:
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.
  • Min. senior high school

9. ASSEMBLY/FITTER
  • Responsible to assemble / disassemble the equipment and test per Drawings, API, MOsan d maintain assembly map, records traceability in MOs prior to assemble and sign off the MOs accordingly after completion of work refer to standard operation procedure
  • Should be able to visualize and work with engineers to make all kinds of fixture arrangements required for testing
  • Responsible to inspect and maintain all tools required for the job
Requirements:
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.
  • Min. senior high school with min 2 year experiences read assembly drawings, assembly procedure and experience on assembling critical subsea components


10.LEAD BUYER
  • Supervise a select team of buyers on procurement activities, review and allocate workload based on requisition count and work-in-progress activity. 
  • Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for Drilling & Production procurement requirements. 
  • Support the business team in ensuring that quotes needed are collected in a timely manner. 
  • Work with allocated key suppliers to improve On Time Delivery and Quality statistics to target levels. 
  • Assist in the preparation of a weekly sourcing report. 
  • Actively participate in appraisal performance reviews of commodity buyers. 
  • Provide technical / commercial assistance to Commodity Buyers to develop awareness of manufacturing processes and improve product knowledge. 
  • Actively participate in the setting up of Frame Agreements when and where required. 
  • Provide timely and effective communication of issues to the department manager. 
  • Assist in the continuous development of the Procurement function towards best practice. 
  • Identify and deliver value-adding opportunities from the supply chain. 
  • Take initiatives to clarify requirements for purchase orders and/or contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (in Business or Engineering discipline preferred) or at least 8-10 years of Supply Chain/Sourcing experience. 
  • Purchasing Systems experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Strong negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to be a self-starter and team-builder.
  • English writing skill and verbal communication is a must.

11. BUYER
  • Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for Subsea procurement requirements. 
  • Ensure that quotes needed are collected in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (in Business or Engineering discipline preferred) or at least 5 years of Supply Chain/Sourcing experience. 
  • Purchasing Systems experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Strong negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to be a self-starter and team-builder. 
  • Ability to work cross- functionally. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented. 
  • Ability to work under tight time deadlines, with frequently changing priorities and sometimes-high stress levels. 
  • High level of proficiency in English
