The company is looking for candidates for below positions:

1. Data Entry – Batam
  • To perform and be responsible for transactions on daily order processing by WMS and, such as Outbound Order, Inbound Order, DO error report, Issuing DO, IDR transaction and other transactions related to WMS.
  • To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date entry.
  • To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties.
  • To liaise with Asst. Supervisor / Supervisor on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
  • To perform any administrative duties as instructed by the Superior.
  • To learn and understand all operational tasks, scope and knowledge involving central distribution function.
  • To perform other job related functions as and when required
  • Minimum Senior High School and above, preferably Diploma Degree
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate, familiar with SAP application will be an advantage
  • Able to read, write and understand English
  • Willing to be stationed in Batam

2. Admin Staff – Batam
The key objective is responsible to support administration work in our branch office Batam.

  • Male/Female, 23-30 years old
  • Minimum Senior High School and above, preferably Diploma Degree
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have working experience in a Logistics environment will be an advantage
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Willing to be stationed in Batam

3. Logistics Assistant Manager (Batam)
  • Develop and implement a strategy for the continuous improvement of logistics services within Indonesia regions organization of internal KPI and measurements with a common reporting structure, and the identification and development of people and capabilities
  • Lead the implementation/expansion of new/existing electronics operations across the region in order to facilitate knowledge exchange and the sharing of best practices
  • Identify suitable targets and support the development of reliable, sustainable and profitable logistics services, including the areas of People, Process, Layout/Zoning, System, Cost Controls including Maintenance and Consumables, Quality, Safety and Compliance and Internal/External KPIs
  • Act as subject matter expert for electronic Logistics Operations-related inquiries
The incumbent is responsible for Logistic Operations that includes best-in-class warehousing, distribution, operations and value-added services in support of the Electronics Logistics Operations across Indonesia. This role also focuses on the continuous drive towards Operations Excellence and Quality service, and is measured by improvements made to productivity, staff motivation and KPI.

  • Male, 28-35 years old
  • Minimum bachelor degree or higher degree preferably major in Transport, Logistics, Business Management, Electronics or relevant technical field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related area, preferably in 3PL or Supply chain company
  • Excellent in operating computer
  • Have good interpersonal, communication, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English both oral and written is a must
  • Trained in Quality Management Systems/GDP/GMP or equivalent
  • Experience in the use and application of computerized warehouse and distribution management systems
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to be stationed in Batam
  • Willing to travel across the region
