1. SALES EXECUTIVE
  • Having at least 2 years experience in similar position
  • Minimum S1 degree in any discipline.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the general procedures of hotel/resort’s Sales & Marketing operation, from hotel product knowledge, sales activity, rooms & banqueting reservations, event management and post-event evaluation.
  • Able to show a good sense of selling/marketing initiatives.
  • Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to Sales & Marketing matters.
  • Communicates in good English.

2. HOUSE KEEPING SUPERVISOR
  • Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in Hotel or other field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in similar position.
  • Good communication skill to handling tenants complain.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Helpful and able to work under pressure.
  • To conduct daily inspection of rooms.
  • To supervise Room Attendant, Houseman/ Housemaid and Public Area Attendant.
  • To assign rooms for cleaning.
  • To assist in training, maintenance of grooming and conduct standards of Housekeeping staff.

3. ROOM ATTENDANT
  • Having at least 1 years experience in similar position.
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Hotel Management.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the general procedures of day-to-day hotel/resort’s guest rooms cleaning from preparation, cleaning and guest supplies, room reporting, guest room features inventory, lost & found item handling to turn-down services. 
  • Communicates in practical English.
  • Good at providing errand jobs as per guest request.
  • Excellent personal grooming presentation.
  • Able to maintain the service quality at the Guest Rooms & Public areas.
  • Able to follow the quality standard of customer-care, hotel safety and security.

4. FRONT DESK AGENT SUPERVISOR 
  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 1 year in Front Office Dept. or in a customer service business.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the general procedures of day-to-day hotel/resort Front Office operation from reservations, reception, VIPs handling, cashiering, guest relations.
  • Communicates in good English.
  • Good at counting and handling money and credit cards.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Able to maintain the service quality at the Reception & Cashiering areas.
  • Able to follow the quality standard of customer-care, hotel safety and security.

5. RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor degree Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 years in similar position in F&B business.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the general aspects of hotel/resort’s Restaurant operation from production, quality dining services, training, sales to effective operation analysis.
  • Able to coordinate, direct and control the service quality and sales achievement of the restaurant.
  • Able to conduct a periodical physical inventory of Restaurant operating equipments.
  • Able to prepare, verify and follow-up all related restaurant’s administration.
  • Able to provide supervision and assistances to maintain the quality standard of safety, hygiene, sanitation, food & beverage presentation and services.
  • Communicates in good English.

6. COOK
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage Production Department.
  • Minimum 1 year in similar position in the F&B Production Department.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise. 
  • Understands the day-to-day practices of hotel/resort’s Food Production activities, from standard recipe, standard portion, cooking method, hygiene, sanitation and work safety.
  • Able to prepare and proceed the food production as per request/order from his/her superiors/ colleagues/ guests.
  • Able to assist the follow-ups of Kitchen requisition, par-stock, inventory, repair & maintenance reporting.
  • Able to maintain the quality standard of kitchen’s safety, hygiene, sanitation, cookery and food presentation at his work station.

7. PERSONNEL COORDINATOR
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management.
  • Minimum 2 year in similar position or having job experience in HR Dept.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the day-to-day practices of Human Resources operation, from recruitment, personnel matters, general affairs, employee and industrial relations, to salary and training administration
  • Able to plan, coordinate, follow-up and control the HR activities.
  • Able to provide supervion and assistances to maintain the high quality standard of employee-care practices.
  • Understands the principle of Good Corporate Governance practices.
  • Communicates in good English.
  • Literate to personal computer Office applications (MS-Words, Excell, Powerpoint) and Human Resources Information System. 

8. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT 
  • Minimum S1 degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 year in similar position or having related job to Accountant responsibilities.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the general practices of private enterprise accounting.
  • Able to verify the accuracy of bookkeeping, accounting filing and administration, finance administration and reports.
  • Able to prepare, issue and legalize matters related to Budgetting, Financial Projections, Financial Documents, Fixed Assests and Cash Management.
  • Able to read, interprete and verify the Banking procedures
  • Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to Accounting matters. 

9. ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR 
Responsibilities:
  • Smooth operation of Engineering Department.
  • Coordination with other Department and the exterior of the hotel associated with the field work.
  • The accuracy of maintenance and maintenance of buildings, and facilities and the facilities / infrastructure mechanical, electrical, furniture, and the like.
  • PDMEC control (Property Maintenance and Energy Operating Cost). 
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 degree in Bachelor degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years in Engineering Dept.
  • Minimum 2 years in similar position or having related job to Engineering Department.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the general practices of day-to-day Engineering operation.

10. TECHNICIAN 
  • Minimum S1 degree in Technical.
  • Minimum 2 years in Engineering Dept.
  • Minimum 1 year in similar position or having related job to Engineering activities.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise
  • Understands the general repair, trooble-shooting & maitenance.

11. INTERNAL AUDITOR 
  • S1 Degree majoring from Accounting/ Finance/ Management or other related education /Audit.
  • Minimum 2 year in similar position or having related job to Accounting / Finance Department.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise. 
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
  • Possess good personality and interpersonal skill with excellent communication and presentation skill.
  • Having capability in working individually or team.

12. PURCHASING CLERK 
  • Having at least 2 years experience in similar position.
  • Minimum S1 degree in any discipline.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the general practices of day-to-day Procurement process.
  • Able to prepare market list, proceed purchase request, and follow-up purchase order.
  • Able to liase with vendors to obtain the best possible prices and services.
  • Able to prepare and produce general procurement reports
  • Able to operate personal computer with simple Office applications (Words, Excell)

13. SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Prepare and implement annual financial budgets and related sales, marketing and business plan.
  • Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in similar position.
  • Having good creativity and innovative.
  • Good spoken & written English is a must.
  • Familiar with Ms Office and hotel system is advantage.
  • Good work ethics, attitude, and intergrity

14. COOK HELPER 
  • Minimum Diploma degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year in Food & Beverage Production Department.
  • Minimum 1 year in similar position in the Food & Beverage Production Department
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
  • Understands the hotel/resort’s basic Food Production, from equipment, foodstuff, standard recipe, standard portion, hygiene, sanitation, work safety and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Able to prepare the foodstuff and equipment in accordance with the food order.
  • Able to assist the follow-ups of Kitchen requisition, par-stock, inventory, repair & maintenance reporting.
  • Able to implement the quality standard of kitchen’s safety, hygiene, sanitation principles at his work station.

15. CHEF DE PARTIES 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Others or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage Production Department.
  • Minimum 2 years in similar position or having related supervisory job experience in the Food & Beverage Production Department.
  • Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise .
  • Understands the day-to-day practices of hotel/resort’s Food & Beverage Production, from standard recipe, standard portion, cooking method, hygiene & sanitation.
  • Able to coordinate, supervise and control all Kitchen activities.
  • Able to plan and follow-up all Kitchen’s requistion, par-stock, inventory, repair and maintenance.
  • Able to provide supervision and assistances to maintain the quality standard of kitchen’s safety, hygiene, sanitation, cookery and food presentation. 

16. WAITER/WAITRESS 
  • Having at least 1 year experience in similar position.
  • Minimum Hospitality Diploma.
  • Well groom, performance and personality.
  • Having of service mind, friendly attitude and diligent is required.
  • Good communication in Indonesian and English language.
  • Honest, self starter, mature, independent and able to work in the team.

17. STEWARD 
  • Minimum SMK/SMA graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome.
  • Service oriented, pro-active, good initiative.
  • Good communication skill, good personality, good working attitude.
  • Able to work immediately.
